Nepal has many different ranging graded rivers for white water paddlers as many as Himalayan ranges for trekkers. River running is virtually as old as civilization itself but Rafting and Kayaking as recreational activities are relatively new in Nepal. A river journey in an exotic country like Nepal makes traveler\'s journey unique and unforgettable. This recreational activity gives visitors extra ordinary way of discovery it\'s civilization, rural areas, cultural, flora and fauna by floating on rubber boat on the river and coming into contact with village people the conventional traveler hardly ever get to meet.

Pleasure of River running is complemented. A river trip is often an adventure but not always. An amateur with a little sense of adventure can equally enjoy it. A river trip also provides an opportunity for geological surveys and fishing. You are provided with whitewater life-vest to put on all the time while on the river. You are also provided with a helmet. A trained professional river guide heads the rafting team, drifting easily oftentimes paddling away in a frenzy whooping and screaming with waves crashing in through powerful, fast flowing rapids. Even the stability, sturdiness and buoyancy of Modern self-bailing rafts enable to safety challenge on these exiting rivers.

Program Itinerary (Short)

Trishuli River Rafting (01 / 02 days)

Day 01- Kathmandu - Charaudi 3 hours by bus. Your rafting starts after your guide instruct you about the trip. Presence of many rapids makes this part the best for white water rafting. After 2 hours rafting, we make a lunch break and continue again and camp at Kurintar.

Day 02 - Trip commences after breakfast and continues up to lunch break. It resume after lunch and trip ends at pachkilo. You can either return to Kathmandu or proceed to Pokhara or Royal Chitwan National Park.

 

Seti River Rafting (02 days)

Day 01- From Kathmandu or Pokhara drive to Damauli starting point. Not many rapids as on second day. Camp first night on a spacious beach.

Day 02- After breakfast, while floating down the river we got some technical rapids and the topography changes with lots of rock formation. After lunch trip end at Gaighat and you can either return to Kathmandu or proceed to Pokhara or Chitwan National Park.

 

Kali Gandaki River Rafting (03 days)

River Grade: 4/5
Starting point: Nayapool
Ending point: Ramdi.

A beautiful unspoiled river with good White Water, gorges, wildlife and a feeling of remoteness. Recommended for people wanting and exciting medium- length raft trip and as a self- sufficient kayak trip for intermediate and expert Kayakers.

 

Sunkoshi River Rafting (08- 10 days)

River Grade: 4/5
Starting point: Dolalghat
Ending point: Chatara

Transfer to Dolalghat ,just 3 hrs drive eastern part of Katmandu. The river come from Tibetan Plateau and joined through Ganges to Bagel. THIS IS ONE BEST RIVER IN THE WORLD, OFFER YOU THE MOST CHALLENGING RAPIDS, WEVES, DROPS AND OTHER WHITE WATER ITEAMS.

Local people called that SUN(Gold) Koshi (River)the river where still we have those kinds of community that offer in the sandy beach search for gold and run their daily life.

 

Bhote Koshi River Rafting (02 days)

Grade: 4-5

A short bus ride from Katmandu brings us to ' 95km ' on the Kathmandu - Tibet road. This is the put-in of the most action packed short white water run in Nepal. The river drops steeply offering relentless stretches of class iv-v white water. Boulder gardens, small waterfalls, steep chutes and 90 degree bends are just some of the obstacles to be overcome. Like the Marsyangdi, this river is not typical of the big volume water of the Himalayan, it is steep and technical and requires a reactive.

 

Trishuli River Rafting (01 / 02 days)

Marshyangdi River Rafting (04 days)

Grade: 4-5

The 'Raging river' drains the northern slope of the Annapurna mountains. It was only opened to rafting in 1996 and yields some of the most exiting class iv-v white water in Nepal. This river demands 100% commitment from both crew ;and guide. It is totally difference from the big volume rivers like the Karnali and Sun Koshi the rapids are technical and require a very different approach. Big volume rivers need power and good lime, the Marsyangdi needs fast reactions power land a good line from the crew to get though this pin ball machine river. The Marsyangdi quickly forges raft crews of complete strangers into true rafting teams. Located on the eastern side of the Annapurna circuit, the Marsyangdi rivers has long been famous for the beautiful views. With each twist and turn the steep sided gorge walls frame a new mountain backdrop
